House prices up again. fresh data

The apartments are more expensive, both on a period and a year scale. According to Tableofert.pl data, in January housing prices increased in all of the 10 cities analysed, but at the same time their sales decreased by 10% compared to December. In turn, in terms of year to year, housing prices in Poland were little than 2% higher.
