Antoni Macierewicz heard the charges. There is simply a decision by the prosecutor's office

The Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw charged Antoni Macierewicz with publically insulting the leadership of the Military Counterintelligence Service and slandering its representatives for cooperating with Russian services. The case concerns the speech of a PiS MP during the Sejm session in September 2025. Macierewicz did not admit to the alleged act and refused to give explanations.
