Major General Artur Kępczyński lost his position after revealing the negligence associated with the failure of at least a fewer twelve anti-tank mines, which for 10 days traveled by train across Poland. The case, initially withheld, yet led to the resignation of the head of the Armed Forces Support Inspectorate and the initiation of an investigation by the military prosecutor.
