The agreement was signed during a visit to Poland by the Minister of Defence of Sweden, Pal Jonson, in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Ministry of Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and his Swedish counterpart. According to a brief message issued by the Ministry of Defense, “The Carl-Gustaf M4 is the latest improvement version of the Carl-Gustaf grenade launcher family. It is designed to combat all types of modern combat vehicles, including dense armored vehicles specified as tanks. It allows you to destruct the live power of the enemy and fortified objects, as well as illuminate the battlefield and make it smoke.”
