"Anti-retirement" supplement in the services signed by the president

President Andrzej Duda on Tuesday signed a law that will introduce a fresh "anti-retirement" allowance for officers and soldiers after 15 years of service. The act besides provides that the incentive supplement, which is already in force in respective formations, after 25 and 28.5 years of service, will besides cover peculiar services, the Customs and taxation Service and the Marshal's Guard. The fresh solutions will come into force on March 1, 2023.
