Another step in Małgorzata Manowska's immunity case

Deputy Chair of the State Tribunal Piotr Andrzejewski ordered the return of the motion of the National Prosecutor's Office on the lifting of the immunity of the First president of the ultimate Court Małgorzata Manowska. He pointed out that it lacked the signature of "continuing to hold" the post of National Prosecutor Dariusz Barski. However, the function is presently held by Dariusz Korneluk, which neither Barski nor opposition politicians recognize.
