Another step on the immunity of Margaret Manowska

Deputy president of the Court of State Piotr Andrzejewski ordered the return of the request of the National Prosecutor's Office to waive immunity and the president of the ultimate Court of Margaret Manowska. He pointed out that it lacked the signature of the "continuous holding" of the position of National lawyer Darius Barski. However, Dariusz Korneluk is presently in office, which is not recognised by Barski or opposition politicians.
