Another seagoing oil tanker for the Russian fleet

On 22 March, the Russian Ministry of Defence reported that construction of the medium-sized naval tanker Alexei Shein of the 4th ferry unit was started at the Nevskiy Sudostroitelno-Sudoriemontnyy Zavod (NSSZ) shipyard in Shlissienburg.
