Another Russian airstrike on Kyiv; explosions are heard

There is an anti-aircraft alert throughout Ukraine on Tuesday morning, the Russian army attacked, among others, Kiev, where explosions can be heard - media and local authorities report. There were fires in Kiev and rocket fragments fell in respective districts, said the mayor of the Ukrainian capital, Vitali Klitschko.
