Another Russian raid on Kiev; explosions can be heard

All over Ukraine there is an anti-aircraft alarm on Tuesday morning, Russian troops attacked, among others, Kiev, where explosions are heard - the media and local authorities inform. In Kiev there were fires, in respective districts shrapnel of rockets fell - the mayor of Ukrainian capital Vitali Kliczka passed.
