Another case of detention of a Russian evading service

The detainee, Alexei Shchotin, was wanted in Russia for refusing military service. Currently, the man is being illegally detained at the base in Gyumri and is then likely to be forcibly transferred to his homeland, the service reported, citing reports from the Armenian NGO Helsinki Civic Assembly Vanadzor.
