They are prepared to carry out humanitarian, preventive and stabilisation missions within a radius of 6,000 kilometres from Brussels, Europe and northern Africa. Today's Visegrad Combat Group of the EU has any 2,300 soldiers, most of whom are Poles; after respective twelve soldiers the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary besides deployed. The GBU maneuvering battalion is re-established by soldiers of the 18th Bielsko Airborne Battalion, but forces for the combat group are besides delegated by Command 6 BPD and 6th Command Battalion. The European Union's combat groups are global tactical unions established in 2004.
