Anna Słojewska: The French-German engine in the EU is not working

Political turmoil on both sides of the Rhine is causing Paris and Berlin to not invest in the European Union. And although the Franco-German duopoly has been slow losing its importance for a long time, the deficiency of agreement between the 2 largest countries is dangerous for the EU.
