Andrzejewski of the State Court goes to war with the prosecution. He blocked Manowska's immunity case

The Law and Justice (PiS)-affiliated vice president of the State Tribunal, Piotr Andrzejewski, single-handedly rejected a fresh request to lift the immunity of Malgorzata Manowska. He acknowledged that it was filed by a "usurper" prosecutor. Andrzejewski is besides barring the another Tribunal judges from the case.
