Andrzejewski of the Court of State goes to war with the prosecution. He blocked Manov's immunity case

Related to the Law and Justice, Vice-President of the Court of State Piotr Andrzejewski single-handedly rejected the fresh motion to waive the immunity of Małgorzata Manowska. He considered it to be filed by the prosecutor ‘the usurper’. Andrzejewski besides does not let the remaining judges of the Court to do so.
