Black explains the reason
Vladimir Czarzasty reported on the full situation on Thursday's TOK FM radio broadcast.
Andrzej Szejna will no longer be Deputy Minister due to the fact that there is simply a procedure for granting access to classified information by the ABW, due to the fact that he must have specified information said on air.

He pointed out that, in the absence of completion of the procedure for granting access to classified information, Szejna's continued work in the ministry is presently unfounded. He besides felt it would be irrational to drag this situation through another month.
When asked on TVN24 about a possible successor, Czarzasty explained that decisions on this substance would be made in the course of individual talks with Minister Radosław Sikorski, and that the full process would take time, due to the fact that fresh ministers request to get acquainted with their teams first.
