Andrzej Poczobut, a writer and activist of the Polish number in Belarus, was again imprisoned in solitary confinement in a penal colony with increased safety in Nowopolock. According to information from the Belarusian writer Association, the isolation began on 23 August and is expected to proceed until February 2026.
