Andrzej Duda referred the hatred speech act to the Constitutional Tribunal

President Duda has referred the amendment to the Penal Code of 6 March this year to the Constitutional Tribunal for preventive control, the Chancellery of the president announced on Thursday. The alleged hatred Speech Act contains an extended list of grounds for crimes motivated by prejudice.
