There is an impression that post-communists to a liberal-left company want to twist the last, already decided presidential elections in Poland and take distant our freedom of choice" - stated on the X site.

The State Election Commission issued a communication on Monday evening announcing the preparation of an election study to the ultimate Court and to the talker of the Sejm. The message indicated that each voter has the right to protest with the SN in case he noted irregularities in the electoral process.

The Communication from the president of PKW Sylwester Marciniak recalled that according to the Electoral Code, the institution has 14 days to send the study to the SN and the talker of the Sejm. This time is counted since the announcement of the election consequence - in this case from 2 June.
"Currently, the State Electoral Commission is preparing a report, among others, by examining information provided by territory electoral commissions" - we read in the text of the paper that appeared on the authoritative PKW website.
