Andrzej Duda's entry appeared about an hr after Donald Trump took an oath on the Capitol and became the 47th president of the United States. He asked to receive "serve congratulations from the Polish people".
"Our countries combine long-term friendships and belief in the same values: freedom and democracy. I am convinced that your presidency will proceed to foster the strengthening of these ties at political, safety and economical level," he added.
Andrzej Duda is counting "on further fruitful cooperation, which will surely contribute to strengthening the Polish-American alliance". "I want you and your household health, prosperity and success in the coming years," said the president of Poland.
His entry on platform X ended with 2 phrases: “God bless America! God bless Poland!”.
Following the pledge of the fresh U.S. President, the entry besides included talker of the Sejm Simon Holovnia.
"Welcome to president Trump. We are ready to cooperate, discuss and do business together" - declared the politician addressing him in English.
After that, he added in Polish: “God aid us”.
