Andrej Babiš: EC must find another ways to finance Ukraine, Czech Republic will not supply guarantee

The European Commission must find alternate ways to finance Ukraine; the Czech Republic will not vouch for anything or give Kyiv money, said Andrej Babiš, who will take office as Czech Prime Minister on Monday.
