An invoice for a flat-rate farmer with PESEL should be issued in KSeF

When a flat-rate farmer uses a PESEL identifier, an invoice issued utilizing the KSeF can be handed over to him in the manner agreed with him, i.e. in the KSeF or outside the KSeF (on paper or as a pdf).
