A draft anti-spy bill with the support of the committee. National: adequate tools for counterintelligence

The anti-spy bill provides for penalties even for life. There is nothing to prevent solutions being adopted at the next session of the Sejm - said Mr Jarosław Krajewski on Friday. "On the 1 hand, we are introducing an increase in penalties, on the another hand adequate legal tools for counterintelligence services, which will be able to prosecute spies more effectively on the basis of law and within the limits of law" - he noted.
