Smartphones, tablets, computers and laptops. The Minister of Culture, Marta Cienkowska, has signed a regulation amending the catalogue of the alleged blank media, the sale of which charges a reprographic fee. The Regulation will enter into force 6 months from the date of its publication in the diary of Laws.
