The Ammunition Problem of the West and Europe

Rebuilding the capacity to produce ammunition on an appropriate scale is simply a challenge facing most NATO associate States. It turns out, however, that the biggest problem is not the construction of metallic components of missiles or their assembly, but the production of explosives and propellants. There is inactive no decision to resume production of cluster ammunition, and Poland inactive does not produce precision ammunition.
