Ammunition consolidation. Private capacity for 155 mm

Prime Alternativna Spółka Inwestycyjna S.A. continues its activities related to the improvement of the AMC Polish Arsenal project, the aim of which is to build private production capacities in the 155 mm artillery ammunition sector. Following the conclusion of the shareholders' agreement and the investment agreement with the Valeza Capital Group and Armaments Munition Company, Prime ASI has agreed with the Valeza Group on an option mechanics enabling further capital consolidation of the project.
