Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenski revealed the full 20 points of the peace plan. The American peace plan provides for a frost of conflict on current contact lines, as reported by the Slovak media.

If the Russian Federation invades Ukraine, there will be a military consequence and sanctions will be reinstated. If Ukraine invades Russia or opens fire in its territory without provocation, safety guarantees will be revoked. If Russia hits Ukraine, safety guarantees will enter into force.
