American artillery is going to the Balkans. Offer besides for Poland

The framework agreement announced on 16 December includes the sale to Kosovo of not only artillery and HMMWV support vehicles, but besides spare parts and training and service services. Among the vehicles that could be delivered to the Kosovo army are ambulances, command and control wagons and another support platforms (maybe mobile workshops and method safety wagons) for Hawkeye artillery batteries.
