The Americans are moving on with the Golden Shield project

On December 2, the U.S. War Department announced the signing of the first framework agreements on the implementation of the S.H.I.E.L.D. (Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense) program, which is intended to let the construction of a modern defence strategy of the United States territory.
