Americans bought for $4.6 billion? Exxon made a deal with Rosnieft

Exxon Mobil and Russian Rosnieft have signed a non-binding agreement that will aid Americans recover $4.6 billion of losses incurred as a consequence of withdrawal from Russia after the Kremlin's war. Rosnieft and her boss are subject to US and European Union sanctions.
