Americans agree to sale P-8A Poseidon Canada aircraft

On June 27, the U.S. Department of State announced its consent to possible sale Canada's sixteen ground based patrol aircraft Boeing P-8A Poseidon, which, along with additional equipment, could cost up to $5.9 billion.
