American Spy Plane Over the Black Sea. "A Signal for Putin"

A US RC-135 spy plane has unexpectedly appeared over the Black Sea. It was likely gathering intelligence for the US. This is the first specified incidental since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. Until now, Washington has not conducted manned flights over the area.
