At the beginning of November, the U.S. declared a transfer under the aid Ukraine, among others, 250 wheeled armored reconnaissance vehicles M1117, which would supply Ukrainians with a much higher level of protection erstwhile moving against e.g. SUVs or worse armored BRDM-2s.
