America's AWACS retires

The first aircraft, with 13 E-3 AWACs slated for recall, is just retiring. In an authoritative statement, the US Air Force (USAF) said that the transition of the indicated E-3 aircraft into retirement would let them to focus on maintaining the remaining aircraft.
