America focuses on atomic assertiveness [OPINION]

The American president has rather emphatically indicated that a full fresh chapter is beginning up before the debate on atomic weapons in the world. First of all, there is simply a break with the idealistic and very ideological paradigms of the post-Cold War period. In their place, realism about the importance of atomic weapons in global relations, especially in relations between superpowers, is returning.
