America is betting on atomic assertivity [ OPINION]

The U.S. president has rather firmly pointed out that a full fresh chapter opens before the atomic weapons debate in the world. First of all, there is simply a break with the idealistic and very ideological paradigms of the post-cold war period. Realism returns to their place as regards the importance of atomic weapons in global relations, especially in relations between powers.
