Changes to the Veterans Act. It's a peculiar addition

The government wants all veterans injured to receive a peculiar allowance. It's about those who don't collect pension or disability. The Council of Ministers so adopted on Thursday a draft amendment to the Veterans Act for activities outside the state. The fresh regulations are to apply to current and erstwhile police officers, Border Guards, Government Protection Office, State Protection Service and State Fire Service, as well as current and erstwhile Military Counterintelligence Service and Military Intelligence Service officers.
