Relieving the Regional Medical Commissions subordinated to the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, simplified process of qualifying candidates for the Prison Service, or streamlined process of managing temporary quarters of the Prison Service - e.g. specified solutions are provided for in the draft act, which was approved by the government on Tuesday by the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.
