The amendment to this year's budget, which passed the legislative way rather smoothly, was published in the authoritative Gazette on 10 August. The revised regulations, 1 of the most crucial papers from the point of view of the functioning of the state, are in force from today. 1 of the elements that are included in the fresh version of the law are one-time incentive allowances for the broadly understood sphere of public finances.
