Alła Pugaczowa openly criticized the war and Putin in an interview

This was the first so extended conversation with the largest star of the russian and Russian estrada since Russia's full-size invasion of Ukraine, after which the outbreak of "Primadonna", as it is called in her homeland, decided to leave the country. The interview published on YouTuba by the river, which 76-year-old Alła Pugaczowa gave to writer Katierina Gordieyeva, lasts over 3.5 hours, and the legendary vocalist in it tells “about loved ones, about politicians from different times, about husbands and about their relationships” – as the Russian BBC service briefly summarized this conversation. But, as he besides stressed, the main subject was the emigration of the vocalist and her attitude towards what was happening in Russia.
