At the already completed Law and Justice Convention in Katowice, politicians and sympathizers of the Kaczyński organization discussed ideas for the future. If you want to know if they have learned any conclusions about the corruption of the regulation of law, the answer is no. They want to keep doing it, but faster and more decisively, without seeing anyone.
"All Won" – this is the PiS method?
– I may say something that is not elegant, but frequently resounds in our environment in various discussions – something that needs to be done for starters and rather decisively. This comes down to the slogan: "everybody won," said Michał Woś. The same man who was vice minister of justice in Ziobra's time and has allegations of irregularities in spending money from the celebrated Justice Fund.
– Building the judiciary again, of course, while maintaining any elegance, as part of flattening the structures, within the framework of uniform judicial status. And with the cognition that we will be attacked by the Union – added Woś.
Also Zbigniew Ziobro saw nothing incorrect with his actions. Moreover, he wants to decision on, but harder and faster. – The past of our country shows that the deficiency of pacification of rebellion and rebellion has always led to the same dramatic consequences for society, nation, country. The concessions to the EU and to this group, which called itself "the caste", have brought the effects we see today. And we gotta learn from this – he branded the rulers.
– We gotta deal with this. erstwhile we have mastered it and there are any ideas for it, we should rebuild the justice strategy – he said. But how? Another erstwhile Deputy Minister of Justice Sebastian Kaleta has a prescription ready. He stated that the Minister of Justice should suspend all judges for a period after the change of power and begin disciplinary proceedings against them.
Michael Woś with allegations
Let us remind you: in accordance with the announcement of the prosecutor's office, Michał Woś, as Deputy Minister, did not fulfil his duties in relation to appropriate supervision of the management, distribution and settlement of money from the Fund for Harmful Assistance and Postpenitionary Assistance – the Justice Fund.
In addition, he was besides to exceed his rights by signing a contract with the Central Anti-corruption Office (CBA) to transfer PLN 25 million. According to the prosecutor, he did so without the required approval of the Minister of Finance and the Parliament's public finance committees, even though the CBA did not meet the conditions for receiving specified support.
Then, in the opinion of the investigators, he ordered the payment of this money, and yet failed to guarantee its appropriate accounting, as due to the secrecy of CBA's expenses it was impossible to verify how the money was actually used.
