The large corruption scandal that is presently flaring up in Ukraine is starting to take an astonishing turn. Its latest victim seems to be the second most powerful politician in Ukraine, after president Zelensky, the president's shadow, Andriy Yermak. His unexpected resignation was preceded by a search carried out by the Ukrainian anti-corruption services in Yermak's private apartments.
