ISW alarm: Russia can prepare to conflict with NATO

Russia creates strategical reserves based on tens of thousands of fresh recruits. According to the U.S. Institute for War Studies (ISW), it is simply a signal that the Kremlin does not intend to end the war in Ukraine, but on the contrary, it can prepare to face NATO.
