Alert and border lockdown in Estonia. Under their barrier appeared “green men”

The border crossing in southeastern Estonia was closed. This happened after an alarming situation in which Estonian border guards observed an unidentified unit of armed men. They moved along the border lane. They are most likely the alleged "green people" of Putin.

Estonian police and border guards decided to close the border crossing with Russia in Saatse in the southeastern part of the country. Previously, the services reported “increased activity on the Russian side of the border”.

On the net and on tv there became a popular video showing armed people. They're definitely not border guards. More like alleged green men, or military formations without visible military distinctions and elements allowing to find their statehood, which occupied Crimea in 2014.

"Our patrols were watching increased Russian activity in the Saatse area. We have seen various armed groups moving along and in the immediate vicinity of the border", said representatives of the Estonian SG. There was besides concern among local residents.
Estonia asked the Russians to explain the incident. However, Moscow claims that on their side "nothing different happens" and that these are "ordinary regular activities". "Since we considered the situation to be possibly dangerous, we decided to temporarily close the road through the 'Saatse shoe'", the Estonian services forwarded.
As the Kyiv Post portal points out, this presence on the border with Estonia fits into a broader pattern of Russia's fresh activities towards Baltic allies, including repeated airspace violations and GPS interference. Military analysts see these incidents as elements of a long-term strategy to destabilise the NATO alliance.
"First drones, then fighters... now armed Russian 'green men' are just walking along the border" – she pointed out the situation of Estonia on the X platform of the Ukrainian commentator working earlier in the abroad Ministry, Maria Drutska.
