The Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw directed an indictment against Antoni Macierewicz for insulting the management of the Military Counterintelligence Service. It's the message of a September 2025 PiS politician erstwhile he accused the head of the SKW of being "Russian spies".

As the spokesperson then said, prosecutors want to accuse Macierewicz that on September 11, 2025, during the session of the Sejm "he insulted public officers - the Head of the Military Counterintelligence Service of Brig. Gen. Jarosław Stróżyk and his deputies: Colonel Krzysztof Dusza and Colonel Artur Pluto - due to their positions - calling the designated persons Russian agents".

According to the communication, Macerewicz was expected to talk to the management of SKW "on cooperation with Russian peculiar Services, and thus for specified conduct as may have humiliated them in the public opinion and put at hazard the failure of the trust essential to occupy the positions, thereby harming them."
