Something bad is beginning to happen to information policy in the Armed Forces. On the 1 hand** we yet have an “open” Minister of National Defence who, unlike his predecessors, is not afraid to answer the questions of journalists** during the conference. On the another hand, we have a increasing group of press spokesmen in military units who do everything to prevent journalists from asking these questions**.
