MUMBAI- Tata-owned Indian FSC, Air India (AI) has introduced compartment Executive (CE) Plus, a cutting-edge iOS app covered for its extended squad of over 1,200 compartment executives responsive for overseeing the cab crew during flights.
This innovative app aims to personalize guest services, optimize crew endorsements, and facilitate swift reporting of any compartment management issues for promotion resolution.

This app presents a crucial milestone in the airline’s commission to elective client experience by equipping cab executions with advanced digital solutions accessible via handheld devices.
Developed collaboratively by Air India’s digital technology and plan teams based in Silicon Valley and Gurugram, in partnership with the in-flight services team, compartment Executive Plus (CE Plus) integrates a scope of functions into a single platform.

Features
The app is crafted to include the in-flight experience for guests and stream crew operations through the entry flight duration. Its functions encompass:
- Personalized client service driver by date: By accession guest profiles overlaid on the seat map for each flight, compartment executives can electe passerger service by efficiently retrieving information specified as passergers’ meal preferences and peculiar requests from erstwhile flights via CE Plus. Additional, the app provides updated details on a passenger’sfrequent flyer position and associated benefits.
- Real-time logging of cab management issues: CE Plus enables cab executions to effectively evidence and capture photos of maintenance agreements related to seats and in-flight amusement systems. Observations made offline during a flight are automatically broadcast to Air India’s engineering or applicable teams upon landing, where they are individually tracked until resolution.
- Enhanced crew clarity and collaboration: The dynamic crew allocation strategy of CE Plus empowers cab executions to delegate crew work positions based on the circumstantial requirements of each aircraft type, thereby influencing overall efficiency and service standards.
