Air India Ahmedabad to London Flight Cancelled

The aircraft had previously arrived from Delhi and was prepared to resume operations on the Ahmedabad-London route.

This would have marked the first scheduled flight on this route since the recent tragic crash in Ahmedabad (AMD) that claimed over 270 lives.

Flightradar24 data confirmed the assigned aircraft was a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, identical to the model involved in the recent Air India (AI) crash at Ahmedabad airport (AMD).

Air India (AI) officials confirmed that affected passengers would receive full refunds for the cancelled service.

A passenger travelling with his family expressed frustration to the news agency ANI, stating he received no explanations from the airline regarding the flight cancellation.

The passenger was travelling with his wife and two children when the announcement was made.
