Air attack informing on smartphones. A novelty for Ukrainian soldiers

The Ministry of defence of Ukraine has issued [announcement](https://mod.gov.ua/en/news/service-members-will-receive-air-threat-alerts-in-the-delta-mobile-app) about expanding the features of the [DELTA](https://cyberdefence24.pl/armia-i-sluzby/ukrainskie-drony-pod-cyfrowym-nadzorem) Mobile application to include Radar. The fresh tool is expected to inform each soldier individually about threats coming from the air.
