AI on the battlefield and in surveillance. Anthropic returns to talks with the Pentagon

After breaking the contract and putting Anthropic on the list of "supply chain risks", the Pentagon is again negotiating with the creators of the Claude model. At stake are provisions on the limit of AI use. This could be a step towards global standards of "armed AI".
