An officer of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Service (ICE) attempted to penetrate Ecuador's consulate in Minneapolis. Ecuador's abroad Ministry reports that workers were prevented from entering the facility, and a sharp note was sent to the United States embassy in Quito.
