Officers of the Central Anti-corruption Office appeared at Otwocki City Hall to safe Simon Holownia's first signatures. The signatures are to be utilized by the services to compare with signatures in the papers of the private college of Collegium Humanum. erstwhile talker of the Sejm maintains that he never studied there, and that his signatures may have been falsified.

Documents related to the erstwhile talker of the Sejm were handed over to CBA officers by Otwock City President. According to the media, the papers were to be in the interest of the services due to the authentic signatures of Simon Holownia. These are to be compared with the signatures found in the Collegium Humanum file.

"In the course of the investigation into the activities of the erstwhile Collegium Humanum, there is simply a request to get an opinion from the scope of handwritten writing in order to verify the authenticity of Simon Holownia's signatures on the documentation secured during the course of the investigation", the National Prosecutor's Office replied in consequence to questions from journalists Polsat News.

Earlier, as the National Prosecutor's Office sent, a request for papers was sent to the Otwocka City Office, but the request was refused by local authorities.

"Otwocka City president refused to release them. Therefore, the investigating prosecutor issued a decision to request the issue of the items (in the form of indicated documents). On this basis the president of Otwocka City yesterday (13 November) voluntarily (i.e. without conducting a search) issued the requested papers to the CBA officers," the authority informed.

PK besides confirmed earlier media reports, according to which papers were to be utilized to compare signatures. The materials, as the National Prosecutor's Office has provided, are intended to be utilized to draw up an expert opinion on handwritten literature.

Simon Holovnia claimed and inactive maintains that he did not survey at Collegium Humanum, where papers with his name were found. “I talk plainly – these studies were not there. I am 1 of those politicians who openly and proudly say: I have a secondary education,” stressed erstwhile talker of the Sejm in June this year. “If I had to go to individual and buy a diploma so I wouldn’t show it to anyone and pay the money for it, I would be an idiot. And I have the impression that I am not,” said Holownia.
