After 2028, will there be no funds to upgrade the troops?

According to forecasts, from 2028 the full MON budget will be allocated to the ongoing maintenance of the army and to the handling of debt presently being drawn for the acquisition of fresh military equipment, says PAP Tomasz Dmitriuk from the "Army Journal".
