Affair in the key brigade of Ukraine. Personnel conflict or systemic problem?

Recently, a personnel conflict broke out in the well-known 47th Mechanized (Assault) Brigade. It was initiated by Valeriy Markus, a well-known blogger and war veteran in Ukraine, as well as the chief sergeant of this unit. Why did the Ukrainian media pay attention to him?
